Habitat is in need of construction, office and Store volunteers!

We've started our next project in the City of Tieton. Our construction work schedule is Wednesday through Saturday from 9 am to 4:00 pm

Habitat for Humanity AmeriCorps - Help strengthen communities through a year of service.Through full-time service opportunities in  communities across the United States, Habitat for Humanity AmeriCorps program members help homeowners achieve, strength, stability and self-reliance through affordable shelter.

All skill levels welcome, you can sign up to help as much or as little as you want--the minimum commitment is just one shift!

FAQs:

  • What is your minimum age?  Volunteers must be 16 years of age or older
  • What skill level?  We work with people of all skill levels.  Newbie to Professional
  • What should I bring?
  • Hat or Bandanna or Sunscreen 
  • Work Clothes - Long pants preferred, shorts MUST be below the knees.  Closed toed shoes, no open toed shoes or tank tops.
  • Attitude:  Bring your best smile. Ask lots of questions. Flexibility is Key!
  • Lunch: If you are working all day please bring your lunch. 
  • Refillable Water Bottle - we have water on the job site.
